Special Populations Coordinator
The Special Populations Coordinator will serve a dual purpose as an experienced educator who fosters independence, self-discovery, and a love of learning in students. They will oversee a caseload and deliver direct assistance to students with exceptional needs, fostering their intellectual, emotional, physical, and social development to maximize their potential. The Special Populations Coordinator will provide critical guidance to the Lead Teachers to ensure that all staff are complying with IEPs, ILPs, and 504 Plans to meet the needs of students with exceptional needs. The coordinator will work directly with the administration to ensure compliance for all exceptional education students, management of personnel in the exceptional education department, and provide professional development as needed.
