We believe a diverse, inclusive, and equitable school community is critical for preparing students to become engaged members of society. We will ensure that all students can see themselves manifested in the curriculum and culture of our school. We will regularly evaluate and reFIne curricula, policies, and practices. We commit to having the appropriate resources to ensure we embody these beliefs every day.
We will create an equitable culture that will allow our community to bring their full-selves everyday. As we explore identity, culture, and systems that advantage some and disadvantage others, all members of our community will develop a sense of belonging and our graduates will bring about positive change in their communities and the world.
