Enrollment Process
Invictus Nashville Charter School offers tuition-free, public Montessori education for Kindergarten through 2nd grade. We welcome all Davidson County residents — no academic requirements, just a simple application and a fair lottery process.

APPLICATION
OCT 21 - FEB 14
To apply to Invictus Nashville, families must fill out a simple, online application available on our website. In order to be considered for our lottery process, applications must be submitted within the above window.
It does not matter at which point you submit your application during the application window. The only requirement to be included in our random lottery selection process is that you submit by the lottery deadline. Any applications submitted after the lottery deadline will automatically be placed on the waiting list.

LOTTERY
FEB 19
Students offered a seat at a Invictus Nashville will be chosen through a random lottery selection process that will take place on February 19, 2025.
Invictus will communicate lottery results to families by February 21, 2025 at the latest. Schools will call families and mail a letter home.

ENROLLMENT & REGISTRATION
APRIL - MAY
To register, a family will complete a registration packet about their student and will be asked to provide/upload the following to the school:

Student birth certificate

Parent/guardian photo ID

MEETINGS & ORIENTATION
APRIL - JULY
We’ll host a few enrollment parent meetings as early as April in order to prepare families for the beginning of school.
During the summer, we’ll host an orientation event to ensure that our families and students are set up for success to start the school year strong. These meetings will ensure families have the information and resources neccessary for your child’s first day at Invictus Nashville.
